Our comfortable-living rental complexes are located in the center of lovely picturesque O'Fallon, Illinois (pop. 29,000) — about 25-30 minutes East of downtown Saint Louis, and a short 10 minute commute from Scott Air Force Base.  The charming community of O'Fallon is a wonderful place to raise a family, establish a business, or just retire and enjoy the many available entertainment and recreational facilities.

BUSINESS
Approximately 700 businesses operate within the city limits of O'Fallon, with thousands more in neighboring communities in St. Clair County — all supporting everything from the local popsicle stand to major shopping retailers such as Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Home Depot, Garden Ridge, and many others.

Education
State Construction offers rental units that are strategically located within close proximity of many different schools and upper educational institutions — including high-rated colleges and universities.  The city of O'Fallon has two public elementary school districts: Central District 104 and District 90.  The Central School District serves 400 students and District 90 serves an additional 3,200 students and includes kindergarten through eighth grade.  The community has three private schools, seven elementary schools, multiple junior high schools and O’Fallon Township High School, which is ranked one of the best in the country by the U.S. Department of Education.

Shopping, Dining and Entertainment
O'Fallon prides itself on the number and types of shopping, dining, and entertainment facilities that are available throughout the city.  There are 8 shopping centers within the city alone and many more await in neighboring communities.  Fine dining is available in just about any cuisine imaginable.  And entertainment abounds in many areas including a theater with 15 state-of-the-art screens.

If the local community doesn't offer that unique taste in food or entertainment that you seek, Metropolitan Saint Louis offers an abundance of fine dining, shop-'til-you-drop stores, and entertainment venues. St. Louis hosts the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Rams. Anheuser-Busch also calls St. Louis "home", as well as many other well-respected industries.

Recreation
O'Fallon has a great number of recreational facilities available to everyone of all ages in a superb community park system. The city's park and recreation department hosts numerous sporting events including swimming, soccer, and little league. Peaceful bike and hiking trails have been incorporated into scenic areas of town. Nearby, there are several championship golf courses and a modern YMCA, featuring an indoor swimming pool, running track, and gym facilities.
